It is not nice to come to the cottage if you are facing a tree that has fallen on the roof, water damage, a wall and foundation soaked by a broken gutter, or snow that has entered from a broken window. The summer cottage can be unused for a large part of the year, when it is important that the cottage is inspected and responds to the risks affecting the condition of the cottage. For example, storms, animal damage, and sudden temperature changes can cause expensive repairs.
Reliable caretaker will take care of your cottage's checks and other work according to a comprehensive checklist. Each time you receive report by email.

- Verification visit. Review checklist and submit report to you.
- Inspection of the plot, buildings and possible boat, including e.g. possible damage caused by storms or ice, inspection of the cottage and building services, etc.
- The check always includes emptying the mailbox, cleaning the porch from snow / leaves.
Commit to a period of visits as it is economical.
- One or two caretaker visits per month
- Notifications to you of special risks such as a storm or sudden violent temperature fluctuations.
